How to join
Welcome to our CrossFit Box in the heart of Bern - only 5 walking minutes away from the train station.
Whether you are new to CrossFit or are already an enthusiastic CrossFit athlete, we would love to welcome you to our box. Our daily WODs, the foundation classes and the olympic weightlifting class held on Fridays and Saturdays are guided by our experienced and educated coaches.

Are you new and want to sign up for your first CrossFit training?
You can sign up for the foundation course using the online form (see below). We will get back to you within 48 hours and let you know when the next openings are.
The main goal of the foundation course is to introduce you to the main movements you will come across during the WODs (Workout of the Day). Theses movements include elements of gymnastics,
weightlifting (both olympic and non-olympic lifts) as well as body weight movements.
