Weightlifting Basics requirements:

If any of these points apply to you:

1) Weightlifting beginner

2) Weightlifting experience up to 2 years

3) Any form of injuries!

4) Other limitations: adaptive athletes, rehab status, etc.

5) You can't fulfill the movement standards in one of the weightlifting movements (Snatch, Clean & Jerk).

Weightlifting Advanced requirements:

All points must be fulfilled:

1) Weightlifting experience over 2 years

2) Standard Overhead Squat (deep squat without complete loss of overhead flexibility)

3) No injuries!

4) Fulfill the movement standards in all weightlifting movements (Snatch, Clean & Jerk).

Class schedule and open gym hours may vary.
